Product names shown here (WhiskLedger and other Morales Labs products) identify our own products. Third-party names and marks, such as Etsy, belong to their respective owners.

External links

This site links to services we do not operate, including the Morales Labs shops on Etsy and Gumroad and individual product sites. Those services have their own terms and policies, which govern your use of them. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of external sites.

Products are governed by their own terms

Purchases do not happen on this site: they happen on Etsy or Gumroad, whose checkout and receipt show the seller for that order (for Gumroad sales, Gumroad is the merchant of record). Any purchase, download, trial, beta, or pilot of a Morales Labs product is governed by the terms presented where that product lives — for example, an Etsy listing's terms for a purchase on Etsy, or a product's own documentation. This page does not create product warranties, licenses, or support commitments. If anything here conflicts with a product's own terms, the product's terms win for that product. Product status labels on this site ("Live on Etsy," "Coming Soon," "Private Beta," and similar) describe current status honestly and can change.
