The short version

  • This is a static informational website with no user accounts and no login.
  • It uses two measurement tools — Google Analytics 4 (loaded through Google Tag Manager) and Microsoft Clarity — to learn which pages and products visitors look at. You can switch them off for your browser on this page.
  • It has no contact form. If you email us, that email travels through your own email provider.
  • Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, as most hosting providers do.

What this site collects

Nothing that identifies you. moraleslabs.com serves pages; it does not ask you to create an account, fill in a form, or identify yourself. Two preferences — your light/dark theme choice and your analytics choice below — are stored in your own browser's local storage and are never transmitted.

We do not claim that visiting any website is perfectly anonymous — no site can honestly claim that — but this site is built to collect as little as it needs to learn whether it is useful.

Analytics and measurement

Since September 2026 this site uses Google Analytics 4 (loaded through Google Tag Manager) and Microsoft Clarity. Together they tell us things like which pages are visited, which product a visitor looked at, whether the "See what's live" button was used, and where a visitor left for a shop page. Clarity can also record how a page is scrolled and clicked, with typed text masked. Both tools may set cookies in your browser and receive your IP address, which Google Analytics 4 truncates and does not store. We send them no names, email addresses, or form contents — this site has no forms — and we use the data only to improve the site and the products it describes.

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, Google's tools run in a consent-denied mode by default (no analytics cookies) unless you turn them on. Everywhere else they run by default. Wherever you are, you can turn all measurement off for this browser here:

Google's handling of this data is described in Google's privacy policy; Microsoft's in the Microsoft privacy statement. Clarity's data retention on Microsoft's side follows Clarity's own documented periods.

Hosting and server logs

The site is built for hosting on Netlify. Like most hosting providers, Netlify may keep standard server logs as part of operating and securing its infrastructure — typically IP addresses, browser and device information, and the pages requested. We do not control that logging and do not claim zero logging occurs; Netlify's handling of this data is described in Netlify's own privacy documentation.

External links

Pages on this site link to places we do not operate — for example, our Etsy shop and the individual sites of Morales Labs products. Once you follow one of those links, you are on someone else's service, governed by that service's own privacy policy and terms. Purchases on Etsy are governed by Etsy's policies, not this page.

Email

If you contact us by email, your message is sent through your own email provider and received through ours. We use what you send us to reply to you, and for nothing else.

A public contact email is being set up alongside the launch; until then, reach out through the shop.

Product-specific privacy

Morales Labs products are separate from this website. Any product that handles data has, or will have, its own privacy documentation where the product lives — on its own site, listing, or in-product documentation. Local-first products are designed to keep your data on your own device. This page covers moraleslabs.com only.

If this site changes

If we ever add a contact form, a newsletter, advertising, or anything else that touches visitor information, we will update this page first and change the "Last updated" date at the top. A change in what the site does requires a change in what this page says — in that order.
