Where it stands

Pilot Prep — v0.4.3 passed its full release verification: 401 automated checks, none failed, plus package, privacy and non-regression checks and an independent verification pass. It is ready for one authorised real-data seller pilot. No seller has used it yet.

Honest limits

• Engineering validation is complete; commercial validation has not started. No seller has run it on real data.
• Not production SaaS, and not customer-validated — 401 passing checks say the software does what it claims, not that anyone wants it.
• The next step is a single authorised pilot with a real seller, on their own data, by agreement.
