SitterStack

The problem

Independent sitters juggle bookings, client details, pet notes, and money across texts, notebooks, and memory.

What it is

A practical business and client-management system for independent pet sitters and home boarders.

One system for clients, pets, bookings, and the business numbers — built for one person running a real sitting business.

Core capabilities

• Client and pet records that stay together
• Booking and schedule tracking
• Simple business summaries from your real activity

Where it stands

Release Review — the build side is complete and frozen. Seven human review gates remain and none has been signed off yet, so it is not released and is not on any marketplace.

Honest limits

• Not released. Seven human review gates remain, none signed off — no sitter has used it and it is not for sale anywhere yet.
• Not veterinary, medication, legal, or insurance software — and it makes no safety certifications.
